Licensing agreement

Atomsbox grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, right to make use of the Templates you have purchased or downloaded. You are licensed to use the Templates to create unlimited End Products for yourself or your clients.

By purchasing or downloading any Template from atomsbox.com, you consent to the terms and conditions of this license on behalf of yourself and the company on whose behalf you will use the Template provided under this license.

Rights Granted by the Product Terms and License:

You can:

• Use the Templates to create unlimited End Products for your personal and commercial projects.
• Use the Templates to create unlimited End Products for your client projects.
• Combine the Template with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.

You cannot:

• Use the Templates in any application allowing an End User to customize the Template, like app builders” or “theme generators”.
• Host, resell, or re-distribute the Templates or derivatives of the Templates.
• Share your access to the Templates with any other individuals.

Example Usage:

Allowed by the license:

• You can create unlimited personal/commercial apps or web-apps for yourself.
• You can create unlimited apps or web-apps for your clients, and charge them for your services.

Not allowed by the license:

• You cannot create a template that anyone can download for sale or for free using the Templates or derivatives of the Templates from atomsbox.com.
• You cannot create an "app builder" software where End Users can build their own apps/web-apps using Templates or derivatives of the Templates from atomsbox.com.
• You cannot share the Templates or any derivatives of the Templates from atomsbox.com as open-source projects on GitHub or any other platform.

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued except in cases of irreparable defects with the product or if you encounter problems that prevent you from downloading the product. Such claims must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property Rights:

While you are granted the right to use the template, all intellectual property rights are retained by Atomsbox or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, and patents associated with the Templates.

Updates to the Templates:

Atomsbox may release updates to the Templates at its discretion with new features or improvement to the codebase. There are two tiers of access to these updates:

• Standard Tier: This tier is our more affordable option, granting full access to the product as it stands at the time of purchase. It does not includes free updates after the purchase. Should you wish to access new updates, you can upgrate to the Premium Tier at any time.
• Premium Tier: The Premium Tier includes lifetime access to all future updates at no extra cost. This ensures your product remains up-to-date, encompassing all the latest features and improvements without any additional cost.

Limitation of Liability:

Atomsbox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. This limitation applies even if Atomsbox has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
